Mack lander, LLC was founded in January 2013 by Shelley Mack and Melvin Parker, III, who bring in over 25 years of experience, working in the healthcare industry, as well as working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

The company comprises of two entities: Macksimum Alliance Home Care Service and Lizzy’s Adult Community Service Center, providing services in both the Community and Residential setting.

It is our dedicated purpose to provide service to both the Developmental & Intellectual Disability population, and persons that suffer from Mental Health challenges. The goal is to enhance their quality of life, by teaching organized skills, social skills and work-related skills, to better acclimate them to the community. Additionally, providing services and supports to the elderly population, by providing assistance with bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, and many more.

CEO: Shelley Parker-Mack, LPN

Bio- Shelley Parker-Mack started her journey with Mack Lander, LLC, which comprises of Lizzy’s Adult Community Service Center and Macksimum Alliance Home Care service, along-side her son, Melvin Parker, III in January 2013, in providing community and residential services to the Developmental Disability/ Mental Health population. 

Prior to taking her faithful step in starting Mack Lander, LLC, Mrs. Mack has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, with providing services and support to the elderly population, developing personal care homes throughout the CSRA for 20 plus years, in addition to starting her Home Care service, Macksimum Alliance in 2008.

Mack, has always had a heart of GOLD with helping people within her personal and professional life, and finds a passion in serving the community through all facets. It is Mrs. Mack determination to promote love for both her family and the community.


COO/ Lead DDP: Melvin Parker, III, M.S.

Bio- Melvin Parker, III started his journey with Mack Lander, LLC, which comprises of Lizzy’s Adult Community Service Center and Macksimum Alliance Home Care service, along-side his mother, Shelley Parker-Mack in January 2013, in providing community and residential services to the Developmental Disability/ Mental Health population. 

Prior to taking the faithful step of starting Mack Lander, LLC, Mr. Parker worked as a Graduation Counselor at Alcovy High School, in Newton County School District. In addition to working for several agencies within the Atlanta metro area, working with at-risk youth children, providing on going interventions to develop social, coping and behavioral skills. 

Parker, is actively engaged, and dedicated to working with people from all faucets of life, as he found his niche and passion in working with the Developmental Disability/Mental Health Population, providing supports to acclimate into the community, by way of showing that all persons matter. 

Parker, is also the President for, Piecing it Together, Inc, in which was founded in April 2018. The non-profit organization has several tentacles that will continue to support the developmental disability population, those that age out of foster care, and also the homeless population. The first initial project will be to provide an after-school program to children of the developmental disability population, providing enrichment programs and a continuum of educational learning from the classroom, homework assistance, mitigation, intervention services and skill development in the areas most needed. 

Parker, earned a master’s degree in Post- Secondary Education with a concentration in Psychology from Troy University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration, from Troy University. It is also a future endeavor for Mr. Parker to pursue his Doctoral Degree in Community Counseling, to further advance his passion in serving his community in every way possible.
